I like this in theory, but realistically many times when I’ve been attracted to the vibes of people, because I require intellectual stimulation and humor, the vibes haven’t been enough. It’s so much more a priority for me to be with someone who is intellectually, stimulating, and funny in addition to vibes.

I don’t understand how anyone can be polyamorous, especially in Oklahoma! Between people that don’t understand what it is and people matching but not texting, the apps are impossible! I used to be in local Facebook groups for a while, but most of the people in those groups are out of my age range and/or just failing marriages looking for a unicorn. I’d love a hang out like what you’re describing, even just to meet other people who know what polyamory is. What’s crazy is I don’t even live in the middle of nowhere, I’m in OKC! Where are all the poly people hiding???

I used to attend events that had similar activities and when I told my house "I'm going to go sort beads at an event" everyone wanted in on it so be prepared for a gaggle of my polycule's members I guess 🤣

if I lived in OR I would def come. this sounds like just a cool way to go hang out with similar minded people. I am polyam, but not actively seeking a new partner. but even so, it would be nice to expose myself to possible connections that could lead somewhere
