@chefshannonsmith: There are quite a few new faces here, so I thought I would introduce myself. I’m Shannon, an Oklahoma chef with a deep love for travel, food, and the stories that connect us. I’ve traveled to more than 50 countries, often cooking alongside local chefs and home cooks to learn the ingredients, recipes, and traditions that shape their lives. For over 20 years, I’ve brought those experiences home through cooking classes and dinner events in my Tulsa home. My cookbook, The Hidden Table, is a collection of those stories, recipes, and unforgettable meals gathered around the world.
