![So I checked out Fluffle Cafe. They’re located in Richmond. 📍9780 Cambie Rd. 130, Richmond, BC V6X 0T3 Metro Vancouver’s largest self guided Ice Cream Festival by Noms Mag begins on June 19th, runs until August 3rd and I was lucky enough to check out Fluffle Cafe as one of their vendors. They have 3 incredible items on for the entire duration of the festival: - Peach Bingsoo: Fresh peach with peach ice sorbet and puree. - DaeJi Bar Bingsoo: Korean ice cream flavour DaeJi Bar (piggy bar). Chocolate crumble with strawberry jam ice cream flavour with mochi brownie on top. (LOVED THIS🌟) - Injeolmi Croffle: Croffle topped with soybean powder, red bean and mochi. I also tried two drinks on the menu, not part of the festival but still noting as I enjoyed them: - Iced Grain Latte (amazing, loved this!) - Iced Latte The Ice Cream Festival has a fun initiative in the form of a passport! Visiting each of the vendors and buying any of the festival items can garner you stamps. The more stamps on your passport, the more chances at prizes you get.
