I think the most obvious system should be, if this happens, they should account for at least min 10-20 extra people for standing area, and they automatically get to go in. Esp if it’s Tickmasters fault and they have proof of purchase. Ticketmaster have a duty of care to fix the problem!!!

If I bought a ticket I expect it to be in my account. I’m not going to keep on eye on it because Ticketmaster is a monopoly and should have better safety for our accounts. Hope you got some tickets or a refund.

People don’t understand it is this deep. Not only do you miss a day you’ve paid for and spent weeks to months counting down to, but for some you lose way more. I saw mcr on the 8th, 3 hours train there, night and breakfast in a hotel, booked a restaurant for food and a 3 hour train back, if my tickets messed up it would mean spending about £500 if not more for nothing.

I have no idea what happened but I had a ticket that said it was transferred successfully when nothing was initiated, I contacted ticket master and didn’t get a reply. I filled a BBB and got a response that day. Their system fucked up and basically gave me and another person the exact same ticket. I got a new one and then com concert they couldn’t get it to scan. They had to go and search the message history with me to finally realize their system wasn’t registering it right but it was a valid ticket
