We know and feel this life. We can only imagine after life and before life. But we have a life within the reality and consequences of matter and light, even if that reality is not truly real (created within our minds), it is what we have and cannot compare it to alternatives. So, you have this aliveness in this version of "reality", and it WILL go away. Therfore, see and feel what makes it tick before eternal rest or other.
