He only appears confident because he believes there are many security personnel in Imo State, such as Okebata Chikadibia, alias “K**l and Bur¥,” who are members of his cult group and would secure his release. This concern is not limited to Vikings alone but extends to all other cult groups. We hope the police get it right this time.
