How do they even check for it? I’ve just realized or developed getting so sick when I eat gluten and have cut it out for 2 months and am so much better but I want to know if I have celiac disease

i’ve been having stomach problems for as long as i can remember i finally at 21/22 went and got checked for celiacs, whoopty do i have severe celiacs i was getting concerned cause no way i should be literally shitting my pants 6 times in 3 months with no prior notice

Just got diagnosed at 38. I’ve had horrible iron issues for the last few years so in one way I’m extremely grateful to get answers and hopefully feeling better soon, but also I’m pissed that I have to navigate eating a whole new way!😂😭
