In China they don’t check cctv unless crime happens, cuz they don’t have that amount of time to checking every single minute of cctv for nothing.

Its education and respect of others properties. Its the same in South Korea, you could leave your suite cases next to any seating areas and no one will take it, also if you go to any Restaurant or fast food you could leave your cell phone on the table and no one will take it.

I've seen videos of Chinese people leaving their bikes unlocked, packages and food delivered to units with no locks, and little kids walking to school by themselves. must be nice 😮💨
