It’s because in Amerika everything is cheaper we had an good dinner in Spain in a nice restaurant for 800€ without tip and in Amerika we had an better location and better quality for 700€ WITH a tip

I press 0% right in front of the cashier with no shame if it’s a to go order. You’re handing me my food and then I’m leaving. There is 0 effort there beyond what is required for that transaction.

if they want us to tip they should include that in the price of the food itself, and then pay their own employees. that's how wages work. you shouldn't be expected to pay more than the price of the food because everything else should be included in it too

In the US what they call a tip is actually more like a service fee. In other countries this in included in the price of the food.
