The woman is being tortured and the dispatcher is telling her to calm down! Jesus get this woman some help! My God she would have been dead at this point! I know they are trained to ask questions but who gives a damn what kind of gun it is..A Gun lady she has been shot, instead of having her repeat her answers as she is shot in the chest are you serious

Dispatchers are supposed to calm down the caller and have them stay on the phone. She HAS to get that info to assess the safety of the situation, LOCATE her and make sure the police can find her and they are safe. It's not rocket science about dispatchers.
