Well, if you buy a home that costs 330,000 and the loan is for 30 years your mortgage is 2,400 you're actually paying 864,000 for 30 years on a 5.27% interest rate your interest on that house is 532,800 It's just not fair. But capitalist do not care about the people.

Calling it “refusing to pay” makes it sound like a choice. For many people, it’s not a choice—they’ve run out of money. If people had the money, most would rather keep their homes than lose them. Duh

Not true. Amwest bank won’t take a payment less than what they want if you’re behind. My aunt got behind and I tried to make one payment and they said no we want two payments and they didn’t take the one payment
