I take spironolactone for my cystic acne because every time my acne would flare up it got infected & for several months, I had to take antibiotics. It helps with over production of sebum. I've been without flare up for months now. Go to your OBGYN or dermatologist

My daughter had cystic acne. She suffered horribly. An acupuncturist who also studied Chinese medicine suggested changing her diet - drastically. But she started gradually; no dairy, then no wheat, no gluten, eating clean etc. Then She became an esthetician so she could help other people. And created a skin care line specifically for people who suffer those conditions. But, it involves dedication to what you put into your body. A combination of efforts. She had tried the antibiotics, creams, Accutane ( which screwed with her immune system). Look beyond typical western medicine. It could be a combination of many treatment options. Good Luck!!

Honestly, you need a dermatologist. That needs Cortizone injection and antibiotics. Sorry you’re going through that.

Use Hypochlorous spray . I spray it a few times a day especially when exercising and sweating. Kills the bacteria! I use the Medicube Hypochlorous Spray. I get it on tiktok. Wish I would have known about it when I was young. I no longer break out but I still use the spray.

I had the same problem in my 30s. The breakouts were deep and painful, and everything I tried to dry them out just made my skin angrier. I started using KUGIG spray and it became part of my routine. Now I keep things simple— clean brushes, no picking, and no sleeping in makeup.

I had the same problem back in March, and it was even worse. My dermatologist prescribed antibiotics and recommended using KUGIG spray every day. It helps reduce inflammation and fade acne marks. My skin is much better now, with no new breakouts so far. It worked well for me, so it might be worth trying. You can find it on Amazon. Hope this helps!

One thing stop touching your face stop touching them go to dermatologist. Get them drained get on some medication. Those are huge. Those are not normal. There’s something going on. In your body does causing those. I hope you get some kind of relief because they look so terribly painful. I’m so sorry you’re going through that.
