Yeah, I didn't know this either. I'm 40's and even though I know this now my brain constantly wants to tell me it's not true. I don't live in that hierarchical system and even though I see it now I can't make myself participate in it. If that's what makes me valuable, people can keep moving on. 🤷♂️
