well all the diamonds probably where tabbed. so gave it more rigidity. But yeah that would of been one flimsy piece. I have alot of ideas for small projects I want laser cut. Id love to talk with yall to discuss a possible deal.

you could weld a frame to it right on the laser table.

sheet underneath about 6 inches shorter on one side so you can put one boarder piece first. rotate the sheet to put second frame.. then should be able to handle after 2 sides are on..👍💯

I was a packaging engineer. Went to a few customers places to see what they had to ship. Sometimes I would just shake my head, like really?! They may be able to make it, but how do they think they’re going to ship it!? I was not a miracle worker.

So I not only one; as retired welder find myself observing structures,weld and stuff. I would say the insulation had to suck. I welded the Tiger Stadium lettering & many other structures found installing sometimes worse than actual fabrication.😁😂🥰
