@thequietwhisk: s’mores cookies with crispy edges and gooey marshmallow inside 🤤 Ingredients : • 120g soft butter • 110g brown sugar • 50g white sugar • 1 egg • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 200g flour • 100g milk chocolate chips • 100g dark chocolate chips • marshmallows • mcvitie’s biscuits Instructions : 1. In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla extract 2. Add the salt and baking soda, then the flour and your chocolate chips. 3. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30min 4. Preheat the oven to 170/175°C (340/350°F) 5. Place your digestive biscuits and marshmallows on the baking tray, then stuff a piece of chocolate inside each dough ball 6.
