id say with the smoke coming from wheel arch, its brakes binding or hard on. not engine or coolant related as that would be smoke from the rear door/vents

Pure lack of maintenance this is what happens when run your maintenance on a computer program and if say this bus can not go out because it needs a good clean up say after an oil leak but the computer/ manger who has never fixed or driven a bus in lives says it is good to go. I was sacked for this I put it off the road a t 8am it caught fire later on that day and the driver even stopped at another garage who said stop now and even sorted transport out to get the driver home with a third party operator. I got the sack for stopping the fire!
