Love this! Learned a similar lesson when I first started flying. The other FA was so complimentary to the boarding passengers. She told me that the simple act of kindness, going beyond just “welcome aboard”, paid off and made the flight more enjoyable for everyone and if you carried that out into the world your day would also be improved. You reap what you sow.

There have been times that I’m so overwhelmed with a good thought about a stranger near me that I’ll just burst out and tell them. I have always been happy that I’ve told them and we both walk away smiling 😊

I used share my thought like this, it was second nature to me. As I watched your post I realized at some point over the years I stopped. I guess I found it was no longer always being received well… but even so it maintains connection between humans, and certainly will make the day of some. Thank you for the reminder 💖💖
