if you’re not moving more than a 2 hour drive away it’s okay to just keep your go/dentists etc at home! they still allow you to go to a&e in that city they just tell you to go home for follow-ups.

if you on medications that you have spares, medical alert bracelet as friends may not know,.or you may not want to disclose. condoms and birth control so you are safe obvs reasons. know how to do certain things washing, ironing especially if always done for you at home as you dont want to make mistake of red sock and whites 😤
