@channonkhan: There are 3 ways to build an AI skill 1. Copy someone else's skill. Download it from GitHub, plug it in. Fast but generic. Every business runs differently, so a skill built for someone else's workflow will almost never fit exactly how you operate. 2. Describe what you want and let AI build it. Better because you're guiding it. But it's still guessing how you actually work based on what you managed to describe in one conversation. Nobody can properly explain every nuance of their own process in a single sitting. You end up with something that looks right on paper but breaks in real life. 3. Run the real workflow with Claude and train it as you go. This is the one I use. You work through the task together in real time, correct it as it goes, show it what good looks like, show it what bad looks like, and train it inside the actual process. Once it starts nailing the result consistently, you tell it to save everything as a skill. Now it's built around exactly how you operate, not how someone else does, not how the AI guessed you might. Bonus tip not in the video. When you're training Claude inside a real workflow, correct it out loud instead of just clicking edit. Say things like "no that's wrong because…" or "yes this is exactly the format I want because…" That tiny habit forces the model to capture the reasoning behind your standards, not just the surface pattern of your edits, and the skill you end up saving is way more accurate to how you actually think. #ai #claude #aiskill
