Buy from you local coin dealer. Walk in with good funds, walk out with metal. The only online companies I would trust: APMEX (owned by MKS Pamp), SD Bullion, JM Bullion. All three are authorized purchasers of the USMint.

Stack a little bit every month, never spend more than a couple thousand. I like to pick up Morgan dollars for around 50 bucks each. Apmex is good, SD Bullion is great 👍

APMEX. Bought a handful of times several years ago. Pretty easy to work with and they delivered as promised.

Buy and hold only real fiscal gold and silver bullion. 👍😎👍 If you don't hold it you don't really own it.😎

It’s tragic for any person that got caught in Rosalind Capital predatory practices. Unfortunately there are a number of “marketing schemes” around gold and silver bullion. Personally, I don’t adhere strictly to a stacker mentality because it’s built in discounts to spot metals. Instead, I balance risk by purchasing from US Mint a % of my holdings based on numismatics. Simply put, I look for hugely popular high demand bullion combined with extremely low mintage. Why? Because I don’t need to market the asset since the U.S. Mint and much of the numismatics community does this for me. Second, because scarcity, meaning low mintage is king. Why? Because the low mintage does not come already third party graded. However, the technologies in manufacturing today while they do not guarantee a perfect MS70 or PF70, your odds are fairly high. Also, you gain physical possession and are not reliant on a Rosalind Capital. I should mention the premium charged by the U.S. Mint is across the board and acts as a baseline. To put this into perspective a recent sale of a limited supply of 7,500 1 ounce 2026 dual date gold eagles sold out in about 10 seconds. That’s roughly $40 million of gold that sold. Kinda supports market demand and hence supports re-sale. I know this is a little of the subject but thank you Kim for what you are doing. If the above is helpful and prevents loss of capital then I hope this has been helpful

I was going to roll my old 401k into an Ira several years ago. I decided to cash it out and take the penalties instead and bought physical silver. I am so glad I did.
