Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1 inch cubes, (OR pulled rotisserie chicken) * 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature * 4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream * 2 tsp. Original Ranch dry mix * 2 Cups chopped fresh (or frozen) broccoli * 4 strips smoked bacon * 1 Cup Colby and Monterey Jack kraft Mexican cheese Mix , or 1/2 cup of colby and 1/2 cup of Jack shredded together. ✨INSTRUCTIONS ✨ 1. Set a 12 inch skillet on medium heat. 2. Lay four slices of bacon in the skillet and cook thoroughly. 3. Remove the cooked bacon from pan but leave the drippings. 4. Crumble the cooled bacon and set aside. 5. Put the diced chicken into the skillet with bacon drippings on medium heat and fully cook. 6. Add cream cheese, heavy cream and dry ranch mix. Stir until fully melted and cooked down. About five minutes. 7. Add 2 cups of chopped broccoli (raw or frozen) and cook covered until broccoli is tender. 8. Made this tonight, at my son's request, and it is delicious! Had to the cream for half and half. Didn't have the dry ranch, so just doctored the chicken with my own seasoning. Great recipe that is easily changed up with what's on hand. Thanks for sharing!!!

This was delicious! I made it to eat later, so put it in a smaller casserole dish and baked it when it was time to eat. I added dried onions to the top for crunch. Will definitely make again! 👍
