Very interesting and practical. Understanding the habit loop helps explain many of the choices we make every day, often without noticing. Real change starts by changing our routines, not just our intentions. As Einstein suggested, we can't expect different results by doing the same things. It begins with the individual, then extends to organizations and communities. Thanks for sharing.
