The printer detects that part at the front so you must have the detection turned off or it would not run or throw constant errors

Nothing to be embarrassed about! One thing of note the A1, p2s, x1c and the new machines all detect that AR code on the plate to make sure it’s down and in right.

😳 luckily it didn't damage the nozzle. that slit and small outcropping is for cleaning the nozzle before bed leveling. glad you figured it out!

yea if I have mine off just a bit I get an error. I know there is a setting somewhere just nut sure where. well at least it worked for you and you just move forward!
