Yesteryear…I fully respect your opinion, but I feel like I had to take a few days to process the whole book, and now I get it. It’s weird, but digging deep, I get it.

I DNF’d “Into the Great Quiet” at page 50. Main character was insufferable, and I felt like it had too much of a present day feel to the way she was writing the female character as opposed to that timeframe, especially in Oklahoma.
