I got replaced (vanished for 3 months) then she reconnected and tried to hoover me. I went no contact and the hoovering increased 10x. I weathered the storm and stayed strong. Eventually I ghosted her by moving away completely without anyone knowing. It was all I could do to shake this person. The very person who constantly told me I was unattractive and not her type that had no chance at a future together with her.

Have for the fist time in my 40s stopped searching for belonging from somewhere else and have embraced with the void 🙏 life is so enormously calmer. Lonely yes, but much more harmony

My now husband split last summer. He tried so hard to get us to break up, and I tried to stay strong the whole time. The event reactivated my PTSD, though. We got through it, but I always questioned him on whether there was someone else, because he was so callous and mean about it…. He denied it, and obviously we’re doing better now, but it was so hard for a while.

I wonder if there's borderline people like me. So this was me until 18, then I was the one starting to leave (partners and friends). From then on I never did anything to keep people around. Just leave or stay, do what you want. I will not run after people or make them stay

I have BPD and I’m actually really struggling to the thought of breaking up with my partner, it’s a very manipulative narcissistic emotionally abvsive relationship and even still anytime I think about doing it I start freaking out
