@jennifervalentyne: Watermelon Ice Cream Freeze a watermelon with a hole cut in the middle 24 - 48hrs Pour Milk or Cream in the centre I used half milk half cream Scrape with a spoon while adding a bit more dairy in the middle. It’s up to you but I added a tsp of sugar. Makes it a bit sweeter like ice cream
