This has been going on off and on since the 1970’s. I lived one mile from the industrial near Gage and Cannon when I was growing up. I’m almost a senior citizen and it’s easy to see that nothing has changed.

I lived in lower mountain 20 years ago and the soot was there then. we would have to wash our patio furniture before we used it.

I drove from Barrie to Hamilton for school in 1996, and my first view of the city I was going to live in for the following 4 years was the pollution hanging over that area. It hasn’t changed. 😂
