So I checked out Cloud 9 Delicacy. They’re located at Empire Center in Richmond. They specialize in Taiwanese comfort food but are locally known for the giant portions of food they serve. They have these meal sets that are 15 dollars (some slightly less or more) but can easily serve two people. I can say for certain that these portions really are just that big. If you were to share this with someone, that’s an easy 7.50 per person (and this price is taxes already included). For me, I definitely couldn’t finish it so I took it home for another meal. I tried the deep fried chicken fillet combo and it came with two giant pieces of chicken, pickles, a tofu/fish cake, a boiled egg and a side of rice. I added a can of Coke Zero for an additional 2.00 but they have free tea on the side if you want that instead. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this spot. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the meal set is generously portioned and for 15.00, you really can’t go wrong! Check them out! Make sure you follow me for more eats and cool things to do.
