Armpit hair also gives deodorant something to stick to, so you don't need to reapply as often in the summer. The "I'm sweaty so I shave" thing never made sense to me because it feels way more comfortable and cleaner to have armpit hair when I'm sweaty. It's almost like our bodies grow it for a reason or something...
