Their support tracking system (Intercom, you can see it in the email) strips out formatting

Most ticketing systems copy the text into their UI and reformat. Most businesses will see this.

You can hide the text within a not displayed element in HTML instead of making the text white. Just saying :)

The color doesn't transfer from platform to platform, so it looks like normal text.

i have dark reader, if u have set the text to black and the backgroud is white u don't see it, dark reader makes black text white, and white background a dark backgound but it's not black. it's like a dark gray.

I've set up my email to remove background and font colors. But not font size. Could in addition to what you did change the font size to as small as possible.

Did you look at what that signature looks like in a browser using dark mode? I only use dark mode in firefox and white text will show up without highlighting it. lol

People are only talking about dark mode, but there are also e-mail clients that don‘t show your formatting or even just plain text.

When someone’s phone is in dark mode they can read the white text

You can’t have white text on a white background (ie hidden) in plaintext email. You’d only get that in the html portion and not in the plaintext part. Which part the recipient sees is determined by their MUA config, so likely this is a human reading your “if you’re an AI” blurb and laughing back at you

Could be that they use a different colour background.

Lots of email clients don't support html formatting, or even just allow users to turn it off so they get plain text only. There's nothing you can do about that except maybe hide it in the email header, but im not sure if you can put custom text in the header.

set the font size of it as low as you can and the letter gap spaceing low too so it all stacks on top of one another. then it will look like some character as a fancy icon than a line of text.

you need to write your prompt in a text editor, set the size to like 0.5px and then paste it into your email signature

If they are using a system/CRM that only shows emails as text it would also be visible.
