I do agree with this. I did birth prep and mindfulness the 6 weeks leading up to my labour. I truly believe it’s why my labour and birth went so smoothly.

With my last baby I worked full-time up until a week before my due date. It was miserable. I ended up going to 42 + 3 and having a wonderful unassisted home birth.
