@hustlersnthehood: Two garbage collectors saw something everyone else would've driven past, and a 10-year-old girl is alive because they didn't. Back in February 2021, Dion Merrick and Brandon Antoine were running their usual trash route in Louisiana when Dion clocked a car sitting in an empty field. Something felt off. It matched the description from an Amber Alert that had gone out the night before, a little girl, kidnapped from a relative's home. They didn't wait, didn't second-guess it. They threw the garbage truck sideways to block the car in, called 911, and kept it pinned until deputies pulled up and arrested the man inside. The girl was in that car. She walked out safe. Dion said it plain: "A lot of people see things, but they're so scared thinking about what somebody else is gonna think about them. You just have to go with your heart." Two working men, a job nobody claps for, and one decision that saved a kid's life. #HustlersNTheHood
