The movie was good, but the only purpose of this movie was to explain how possession works in the evil dead universe and it’s basically a virus. It’s like Hollow bacteria or virus spreads.

I enjoyed this more than Evil Dead Rise. I like the characters more and I adore granny. Lol. Evil Dead 2013 at no. 1, this, then rise. Excluding the original trilogy which are still the best. That's just my take. Don't go hatin on me. Haha.

I went yesterday when it came out. I saw the 10:30pm showing and there were 2 post credit scenes. I was shocked that people left the theater before watching the 2 scenes. When I watch films i always stay to very end and watch the credits

As someone who loves the evil dead franchise, I personally don’t like the movies that don’t evolve Bruce Campbell, it feels wrong. I loved the franchise for years and I can’t just watch it.
