Don’t squeeze on the way back up! But most importantly, when your rowing your arms down, dig your feet into the ground and push like you’re closing a door with you butt bc you got kids in your arms (I swear it sounds weird but as a mom it makes so much sense 😂) but never let your knee go straight with the leg on the way up, you wanna keep a little bend to it, that’s also gonna save your lower back!
