We went on our very first ever flight. After a year of being btw agent I finally decided to fly with my babies. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect I asked the GA if I had done everything correctly and waited. Flight was booked and didn’t seem we were gonna get on and she lined us up called those on standby before us they were no shows and got us on. She thanked us for being patient and not pushy.
