@Rendezvous Gaming Emily, I had a rental for cotton candy and snow cone. They returned everything on time but didn’t use any of it. When I inquired if there was an issue, she said the bad thunderstorm we had on her party day made them cancel. The storm was really bad. Do I return her deposit and keep rental fee and offer a reschedule date? I did not turn down any other rentals to do her rental so I’m really not out anything. What would you do in this situation?
