Two to three times is WILD. If you do them properly, and to failure, you do them once a week. You do NOT need to do them that much. If you are doing them correctly

My knee has never had pain before, I work a physically laborious job, I did those recently with pretty light weight even, 40 pound dumbbells. And I had shooting knee pain for days. Done with those forever 😂
