Don’t just let them throw out “crazy” without backing it up. Ask what she did. That’s then you find out what kind of person he really is. Every now and then you’ll come across someone who genuinely did have a crazy ex. But most of the time when you casually keep asking for more details and act vaguely like you’re supporting them they will make it super clear they’re a real a-hole. BTW - this is almost the only reason I am on dating apps now - to watch men expose themselves as douches
