I'm on MJ 12.5 I'm doing a small dose of Reta to get these last 15lbs off so I can be in maintenance. Still haven't decided if I want to move towards Reta for the maintenance effect

Im doing 10 weeks then im heading overseas for 2 weeks so im going to stop about 2 weeks before i fly out Then boom back to it when i return to reality
