The build: The rich color comes from tone mapping, in Three.js you set the renderer to ACES filmic tone mapping and dial the exposure, that filmic curve rolls the highlights off gently instead of blowing them out, the single biggest reason a 3D scene reads as cinema instead of a flat game render. The soft blurred background is depth of field, a post processing pass that keeps only the focal plane sharp and blurs everything else, that shallow focus is the expensive camera look your eye reads as luxury. The gorgeous soft lighting is baked, you light the whole scene in Blender, bake the shadows and bounce light into the textures, then export to the web, so you get offline render quality running at real time speed with no performance cost.
