@meaganpolk23: To be fully transparent, we would not be able to build this home if it wasn’t for how much money we saved on just the piece of property we picked out ALONE. We didn’t have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on land clearing, moving 40-80 loads on dirt in, building a driveway, paying for all the initial lines (water/septic) etc. because of that alone, we were able to put our money into the house itself!
