Just a quick reminder, having a disorder doesn't make you abusive! Being abusive is a choice, can we please stop associating personality disorders as inherently abusive/born abusive when we literally HAVE to be victims ourselves to get the disorders??? Yes, we CAN end up being abusers too but not because of the goddamn disorder. People choose to recover because they believe they can heal and people choose to continue hurting people because they believe recovery is stupid/unnecessary.

it's aggravating cause saying you were abused by a narcissist is not the same as saying you experienced "narcissist abuse." People with npd are not just evil. people generalize far too much especially with personality disorders.
