@ej.health: There are SOOO many different distinct mechanisms all going on between each major step, but I feel this is the best I could do to distill all this information down from what I understand (which honestly doesn’t do it justice) #ancestralhealth #healthy #health #primal #healthtip
Sun is alright but I don't like the weather to be anything warmer than 22-23 C. When its closer to 30 C then I won't want to be in the Sun even for a second, too exhausting. If it's like around 20 C then some Sun here and there is fine as well but I generally don't like to be in the Sun, I find it to be very draining. I do like when the sky is relatively clear and it makes my mood better when it's like that but I just don't like to be directly exposed to the Sun

Yes and that's why on rly hot days we don't feel like eating at all because the charging sun energy is all around us, even if you open a window.

I also experience satiety from just sitting in the sun. I want to loose some weight and struggled with hunger and the sun solved the problem compleatley

you just made a bunch of speculative claims that have never been proven to occur in humans or are just completely false. for example you said when the melanin in your skin interacts with uv its given enough energy to produce four free electrons which can directly power your mitochondria. Through what mechanism can these electrons replace nadh and/or FADH2?

not to argue with the fact that uva and red light spin the cycle of atp generation more efficiently, but all of your atp needs do come from food itself, not photosynthesizing sunlight into atp

I've suffered with chronic migraines and headaches since I was a teen, I decided to get more sun this year and my headaches have become very rare. Lowkey annoying to find this out at 32 when it's been an almost life ruining issue
