We had one do this. The only belt we had wasn’t long enough, so we took it to the dealer. 500$ later we picked it up. Went back to the field and ripped another one. Same size belt as the one we had replaced before. Took it back to the dealer…dealer says “I guess the tech didn’t look at the rest of these belts”. Instantly starts crying in hundred dollars bills because what the hell.

Did you not see all the wrap rolled up on that one roller that’s why your belt popped!!!!!! check for wrap Rolling up on your rollers when it does build you put more pressure on certain belts that’s why they pop.!!!!!
