I had a TVS (transvaginal ultrasound) at 7 weeks and 2 days, but there was no fetal heartbeat. 🥺 What should I do? Does this mean it's a miscarriage, or should I wait? I haven't had any bleeding or other symptoms. One doctor prescribed medication for a miscarriage, while another doctor advised me to wait 10 more days and repeat the scan. I'm really confused. 🥺 According to my LMP (last menstrual period), I should be over 9 weeks pregnant.
