As someone who has had two parents with dementia trying using the name of the person so if you are talking about a Mum, use her name and then say the the relation to him so eg Jackie, your wife or your Mum Elsie🥰🥰

I love the fact you answer his questions even that he has just asked them, as a nurse I have this with my residents and I always answer as if they have just asked me the question even that they asked me the same question only a few mins before 🥰🥰
