Monday night tea done right with this tandoori chicken naan wrap!! This literally takes 15 mins to make so is an absolute perfect midweek meal. To make two wraps you will need: 6 boneless & skinless chicken thighs 2 tbsp natural yoghurt 2 tsp tandoori curry 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp corriander 1/2 tsp cumin Juice 1/2 lemon Salt & pepper A few drop red food colouring (optional) 2 garlic naan breads Mango chutney Raita 1/2 red onion Lettuce Fresh chilli (optional) To the chicken add the yoghurt & all the spices along with plenty of salt and pepper. Add the red food colouring if you have chosen to use it. Cover the bowl & marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours Once marinated cook of the chicken, I did it in the airfryer for 10 mins at 205 but you can pan fry it on a high heat for 10 mins if you dont have one For the raita I made my own but you can just get shop bought if you want to make it even easier. To make it from scratch you will need 4 tbsp yoghurt, juice 1/4 lime, 1 garlic clove minced, 1/2 tsp garam masala, a few sprigs fresh mint & coriander finely chopped, 8 slices cucumber diced & 1/2 tsp ginger paste. Add everything to a bowl and mix together.
