![Full Recipe↓ Day 5/100 | OYAKODON 🛒 INGREDIENTS: - Rice: 1 large bowl (250g) - Chicken thigh: 1/2 piece (120g) - Eggs: 2 - Onion: 1/4 (~60g) [Seasoning] - White wine: 2 tbsp - Sugar: 1 tbsp - Soy sauce: 1.5 tbsp - Water: 3 tbsp [For garnish] - Flat-leaf parsley 🧑🍳 METHOD: 1. Thinly slice the onion. 2. Trim chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. 3. Place all the seasoning ingredients in a pan and boil on medium heat. 4. Once boiling, add onion and chicken, cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through and the onion is tender. 5. Remove the lid, increase the heat to medium, and simmer until the liquid is reduced to roughly half. 5. Add 2/3 beaten egg, cover, and cook 1 minute. 6. Add the remaining egg, cover, and cook 10 seconds. 7.
