Weakness, stiffness, degeneration, and movement limitations aren't the problem either. They're outputs. Outputs will reflect the quality of the inputs of system producing them. If your mechanics are dysfunctional, your body will adapt accordingly. If your behaviors are dysfunctional, your body wil adapt accordingly. Biology doesn't negotiate with beliefs, trends, or credentials. It simply responds to the inputs it receives. That's why we've never been interested in treating symptoms. We address the mechanics that organize the entire organism. The real question isn't whether a system sounds convincing. The real question is whether it consistently produces superior outcomes. Can it create measurable structural change? Can it reduce pain while improving function? Can practitioners around the world reproduce the same results? Can those results last? If the answer is no, it's not the highest-performing system. For decades we've documented thousands of before-and-after cases from every continent, every age group, and every level of dysfunction imaginable. The improvements aren't based on opinions or anecdotes. They're visible. They're measurable. They're repeatable. If another movement system can consistently produce more durable, objective, and reproducible results, it deserves to be compared. Until then, the benchmark is already here. Results are king. Address the system, and the symptoms become a consequence of a healthier organism. That's why @functionalpatterns isn't following the standard. We're setting it. @fp.evidence
