@plussizegymbestie: Replying to @Abbey I hope this video shows a better before and after of my stomach. And I also am coming from a good heart to tell you not to tell anyone how many calories they should be eating. I always tell friends that because it works for me doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. Your body needs to be fueled in order to see life long progress. I am not looking for a quick fix. This is the best my body has felt. Even when I lost 100lbs and weighed 170lbs I didn’t feel as strong and healthy as I do right now in this body. Thank you to my therapist and coach @cgo_of_me for helping me get to this point in my journey. I have a long way to go but I am falling in love with the process ❤️
